SECURITY
In these uncertain times, we believe that your staff should know who is in your Hotel in areas normally reserved for guests only. This is hard to monitor when your guests are making bookings directly. All bookings made by your staff are reconfirmed back to your staff with our childcare workers name and the time they have been requested along with the room number and guest's name.
SAFETY
In case of an emergency or the need to evacuate the building, again we feel it vitally important that the hotel is aware which guests have organised babysitters for the evening, the times that the sitter is expected to be in house and the exact number of children that will be in the room allocated in order to give accurate head count numbers to emergency services. All of our carers are requested to familiarise themselves with the emergency procedures of all Hotels they visit.
IDENTIFICATION
All our staff upon arrival at your Hotel are requested to check in with your staff to introduce themselves and check on the details they have been supplied with. They all carry ID cards allowing you to readily identify them, thereby not allowing anybody into guest's only areas, who do not have a legitimate reason for being there.
